Overview

The Tree Center is a vertical e-commerce initiative specializing in selling live plants and trees for both indoor and outdoor environments. During my consultancy, my focus has been on resolving the fundamental challenges that users face within this vertical e-commerce through User Research and Product Analytics, collaborating closely with the platform's founders and development team. I played a key role in achieving conversion rates of up to 10% in areas such as the Header, Listing, and Product Detail, as observed through Datadog. Also, I kicked off the Design System of the The Tree Center called "Flora". This contribution helped in creating a smoother platform experience.
